Sure thing! You can rate and review your service received through the survey link provided on your final receipt/invoice.

 

What if I no longer wish to be contacted?

If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, click on the unsubscribe link at the e-mail message's bottom. However, this will not affect your reservations area; you will still receive essential communications for any reservations you have with Safe Bet Black.

 

What is Safe Bet Blacks cancellation policy?

If Vehicles are in high vehicle demand due to, but not limited to, some special events, including holidays, large conventions, and prom services, reservations cannot be canceled and are not refundable unless otherwise indicated on your trip confirmation. Moreover, our cancellation policy depends on the service type and type of vehicle requested.

 

What if my flight arrives early or gets delayed? 

No worries! Our chauffeurs will track your flight and adjust your reservation accordingly in the event of a delay or early arrival. Please make sure that you provide us with your airline and flight number at the time of booking.

 

I am arriving at the airport, and it may take some time to get my bags and clear customs. Is there any wait time included in my reservation?

Yes. Airport reservations include "waiting minutes" to allow you to get from your plane to your vehicle. For domestic flights, we include 30 minutes of waiting time. For international flights, we include 45 minutes of waiting time. Please make sure to specify whether your flight is domestic or international when you book.

 

How do I know if my service has arrived? How do I identify my driver? 

For most airport pickup, our driver will meet you at baggage claim for domestic flights, outside of customs for international flights, and hold a sign with your name (an additional fee may apply). Your chauffeur will be on location by the time indicated on your trip confirmation for all other service types. Just look for a sign with your name on it, and if you don't see it, call the number on your trip confirmation, and we will locate the driver for you.

 

What type of vehicles do you have? How old are they? 

Together with our Safe Bet Blacks' trusted affiliates, we provide you a large fleet of vehicles ranges from sedans to large coach buses.
Among our sedans, we have Lincoln Town Cars, Cadillac sedans, or if you're looking for something more executive, Mercedes S-Class sedans.

Our SUVs will accommodate up to 6 passengers and are a great choice if you have too much luggage to fit in the trunk of a car. We have Chevrolet Suburbans, Lincoln Navigators, or Cadillac Escalades.

Our stretch limousines range from a 6-passenger Lincoln Town Car to a 20-passenger stretch Hummer. All vehicles have mood lighting, a DVD/CD player, a flat-screen monitor, and a stocked bar with soft drinks, water, ice, and glassware.

If you need to move a more significant number of people on a smaller budget, our vans can accommodate up to 10 passengers with luggage or 13 passengers without luggage. We also have 12-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Vans for those people looking for a more sophisticated ride.

For big groups, we have coach buses, ranging from a 24-passenger mini-bus to a 61-passenger coach. We also have limo or "party" buses that can accommodate up to 30 passengers.

All of our vehicles are 2010 or newer. And while the vehicle that comes to pick you up may be different from the one that you saw while perusing our website, you can rest assured that all of our vehicles are clean, well-maintained, state-of-the-art, and in excellent condition.

 

Do you have a service guarantee?

Once you receive a trip confirmation number, we guarantee that your vehicle will be on location on the scheduled date at the scheduled time. Please make sure that these details are accurate on your trip confirmation, and if they're not, please call us as soon as possible.

How far in advance do I need to book or reserve a service?

We really can't say. Demand for transportation services tends to vary significantly from day-to-day. Our guidance to you is to reserve as soon as you possibly can. At the absolute latest, if possible, please give us at least 24 hours notice for a reservation. Please note that a vehicle is not reserved until we have received payment for a minimum of a 50% deposit.

 

Why do I need to create a customer account?

When you book Safe Bet Black for the first time, you will be given the opportunity to create an account by simply adding your name, e-mail address, and phone number. By creating an account, you can view past and current reservations, update account preferences and make changes to your account information and upcoming reservations.

What if I need to book a ride type that is not listed?

When making a reservation on Safe Bet Black, choosing the ride type most suitable for your event needs will ensure the most accurate pricing. To assist you, we offer pricing based on the specific special occasion event (such as a wedding or prom), airport, point-to-point, or hourly rides. If you are unsure of what ride type to select, please call customer service (717) 723-3238. One of our ride consultants would be happy to guide you through the reservation process.

I've forgotten my password. How do I create a new one?

Change or reset your password

You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it. Your Safe Bet Black Account password is used to access many Safe Bet Black features associated with your travel profile, history, invoices,ect.


Go to Safe Bet Black website. Located on the top right corner of home page click the Account link. Then scroll down and locate and click on the "I forgot my password" link. Enter your e-mail address, and click "Reset Password." You will receive an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.


WARNING! Never utilize your online (credit card) account – using a public computer or wifi. There’s a risk that your login details can be intercepted and stolen. Keep your login information safe and secure and change your password periodically to maintain account security.

Access and view your reservations online.

If you’ve misplaced your current travel invoice or you want to go back and look at a previous billing statement, you can log on to your online portal and pull up the statement, travel profile/history and more.


Go to Safe Bet Black website. Located on the top right corner of home page click the "Account" link. Then scroll down and locate and click on the "Account login" link. "I forgot my password" link. Enter your e-mail address, and click "Reset Password." You will receive an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.

Manage Via a Smartphone App

Most of us today have a smartphone. You can download your free Safe Bet Black travel app for iOS and Android users. Visit the App Store or Google Play and search for your card issuer’s name to get the app for your credit card issuer. Once you’ve downloaded the app, you can log in with your username and password to check your balance, make a payment, and most other actions you can take on the website.


 

How do I add, update, or delete my credit card information?

You must first create an account to store and update credit card information. From the Safe Bet Black homepage, log in to your account. Then click "My Credit Cards" in the navigation menu on the left side of the page. From here, you can add, edit or delete your payment method.

I frequently travel to and from the same addresses. Is there any way that I can save those addresses in my account?

Yes. When you are logged into your Customer Account and conduct a search, we will automatically save your addresses for future bookings. You can view and manage these addresses by logging in to your Customer Account from the top right corner of our homepage. In the navigation menu on the left side of the screen, click on "Manage Address Book." When you are in the process of booking your next ride, you can access these saved addresses by clicking on the icon located on the right side of the pickup location field in the search box. Clicking on this icon will bring up a list of your saved addresses.

When does my credit card get charged for the service?

When your reservation is made, your card will be charged for the full amount of the service, including all taxes, surcharges, and gratuity. For reservations booked more than 30 days in advance, you may request that we take a minimum of a 50% deposit, in which case the balance will usually be due 7-10 days before your trip date. Please note, some dates such as proms, sporting events, or large conventions may require the balance to be paid in full at the time of booking regardless of how far in advance you make the reservation.

Any wait time, overtime, or any other charges incurred during service will be charged to the credit card on file after your trip is complete.

Can I pay cash to the driver?

Our drivers are not authorized to take payment, except for any additional gratuity beyond what was included in your reservation. All reservations must be prepaid on a credit or debit card.

How does Safe Bet Black deal with "No Shows" or late clients?

No-shows are billed in full for the reserved service. If you're late, waiting time may apply. To avoid extra charges, you must call the number on your trip confirmation or send us an email as soon as you know that you'll be late or your flight details have changed.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

The cancellation deadline for your reservation will always be indicated on your trip confirmation in the routing details. Generally speaking, hourly services may be canceled up to 7 days prior to the trip, and airport runs in sedans or SUV's have a 24-hour advance cancellation policy.

In the event that your flight gets canceled, you may cancel your reservation no later than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

I am having trouble entering my credit card through your website. What should I do?

Your transaction may not be processed if the billing address entered on Safe Bet Black does not match your financial institution's records. Please ensure that the billing address entered for the credit card matches the address on file with the credit card company. If you're using a corporate credit card, the billing address may be your company's address. If you recently moved, this may be your previous street address.

Some companies purchasing cards may have restrictions on the transaction category for Safe Bet Black. You may have to contact your credit card company to ensure that your credit card can process this transaction type.

Your transaction is completely secure, and Safe Bet Black cannot see the details of why the transaction was unsuccessful. We suggest that you try using a different credit card if your first payment method is not working.

 

Is my deposit refundable?

If we cannot confirm the reservation in-house or with our affiliates, we will immediately refund any collected deposit.

Once Safe Bet Black has confirmed the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation before the cancellation window, Safe Bet Black will hold the collected deposit.

When will I receive my final receipt?

Once the limo company closes your ride for payment, a receipt will be generated immediately. Typically, receipts are generated in less than 48 hours from the completion of the ride. However, in some cases, it may take up to 5 days.

What is included in my quoted rate?

Your quote includes the base rate, taxes, and gratuity. You may be quoted an hourly or a flat rate. A rate that is calculated 'hourly' is the garage to garage pricing and is based on the estimated drive time between destinations. A ride priced hourly will be billed by the actual amount of time it takes your driver to complete the ride, garage to garage.


A flat rate is not dependent on drive time and is simply a flat fee for transport between destinations. Please note that additional fees and charges may apply to your ride. If you incur additional fees, your credit card will be charged for the actual ride amount (ride estimate + extras) after the ride is complete. Please refer to our list FAQ section regarding additional fees.

The price quoted for your ride is based on the drop-off and pickup location provided at the time of the search. Please note that additional fees and charges may apply to your ride. If you incur additional fees, your credit card will be charged for the actual ride amount (ride estimate + extras – see below for examples) after the ride is complete. The following is a list of additional fees you may incur.

Tolls

Pricing is based on the pickup and drop-off locations provided. Please note that tolls are (not included) in the pricing, and you will be billed for any incurred toll charges after the ride is complete.

Stops

Any requested stop during the ride will be billed at the stop rate for the ride selected, plus other fees listed in your ride quote. A stop is typically calculated based on 10 minutes of wait time. If your stop is longer or your stop deviates from the original itinerary, your ride may be converted to hourly pricing.

Wait Time

Wait time will be billed at the rate listed in your ride quote, plus other fees listed in your ride quote. Wait time is incurred after 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time and is typically billed in 15-minute increments.

Parking

Parking will be billed at the actual cost to your chauffeur plus other fees listed in your ride quote. Parking fees are typically incurred on airport pickups where the airport does not have a waiting lot, or when an inside pick up is requested, or for any requested stop where free parking is not available.

Extra Hours

Additional hours outside the originally quoted ride duration shall be billed at the extra hour's rate for the ride selected, plus other fees listed in your ride quote. Extra hours are typically associated with hourly services and are incurred from the originally scheduled end time. If you do not start your ride on time, but your chauffeur arrives at the scheduled time, and you retain the vehicle for the original number of hours requested, extra hours will be incurred.

Car Seats

Additional charges will apply for each car seat requested, plus other fees listed in your ride quote. You can determine the cost and availability of car seats by calling client care (717) 723-3238.

Meet & Greet Charges

Meet & Greet inside the terminal is available for the Meet & Greet for the ride selected, plus other fees listed in your ride quote. When selecting Meet & Greet, you may be liable for parking charges in addition to the Meet & Greet fee.

Extra Mileage/Surcharges

Extra mileage is typical on rides outside of the US, where the base ride price includes a set number of miles or kilometers. Additional miles/kilometers are charged for mileage beyond the base rate. Rates may vary by country and operator and are displayed on the Reservation Request page in the booking path.

Fuel Surcharges

Fuel surcharges may be applied when the use of the vehicle is inconsistent with standard limo service. Examples include but are not limited to round robin use of an hourly vehicle, Hollywood tours of the homes of stars, mountain driving, etc. Fuel surcharges will typically be communicated before the ride. However, deviations from the specified itinerary or special requests made while in the vehicle may trigger a fuel surcharge.

Clean Up and Repair Fees

Clean-up fees may be charged when activity inside the vehicle leaves a residual odor or stains the carpet/upholstery, including but not limited to smoking, spilled food or drinks, foods with a heavy scent, and vomit.

Repair fees may be charges when physical damage is caused to the vehicle, including but not limited to rips and tears to the carpet, upholstery, or other soft materials; damage to moldings, door panels, or other components.
